ESST acts as a holding organisation for all participants related to the sugar industry. The ESST accepts membership of:

• Sugar producers,
• Sugar technologists associations,
• Suppliers to the sugar industry as Supporting Members.

Only sugar producers and sugar technologists associations have the right to vote in the ESST Council. ESST does not have a membership for individual members.

Supporting Members have the following advantages

• mentioning of the company´s name on the program of the ESST conferences and on the ESST website
• reduced conference fees at the ESST conferences.

Membership dues for Supporting Members amount to Euro325 per year.
